Courtesy Listings
Cat Rescue helps cat owners who need to find a new home for their pets by providing free courtesy listings through our website-donations are accepted and appreciated for this service.
If you see a cat that you would like to meet, please check on the animal info if the animal is a courtesy listing.
Courtesy listings are owner-to-owner transfers, so Cat Rescue, Inc. cannot attest to health or behavior of these animals.
Cat Rescue Inc. has no control over what these animals adoption terms are as they are decided by the current owner. Cat Rescue, Inc will make every effort to assure that the information we post on courtesy listings is up-to-date and accurate based upon what the current owners tell us.
Leo was homeless in a neighborhood in Va. Beach where there were several unneutered males. Needless to say, unneutered males fight. Leo had been in a particularly bad fight and a lady in the neighborhood noticed he needed help and took him in. She called Cat Rescue, Inc. to help with Leo. Leo has since been nursed back to health, neutered, and given all of his shots. Leo happens to be feline FIV+ which means he needs to live in a home with other FIV+ cats or with no other cats (but he likes company!!). He is an absolutely beautiful, friendly, long-haired orange cat who needs a special home. Please contact Paula B. at 498-4232 (683-3415 work)if you are interested in Leo. He has a lot of love to give and could make a good pet for a number of years. Please call Shawne or Linda Owen at 432-9345 or Lynda RB at 474-0061 for more information. Cat Rescue, Inc., brings other available cats and kittens to three Petsmart locations on Saturdays (S. Plaza Trail/Rosemont, Greenbriar, and the Patrick Henry Mall). You may also visit the adoption centers at Petsmart's S. Plaza Trail, Greenbriar, and Patrick Henry Mall locations during their hours of operation to see more of our adoptable cats/kittens.
